Dina Santoro Joins Voya Investment Management as Head of Product and Marketing Strategy

NEW YORK, Sept. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Voya Investment Management, the asset management business of Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), announced today that it has hired Dina Santoro as a managing director and head of Product and Marketing Strategy. Based in New York, Santoro reports to Shaun Mathews, senior managing director and head of the Client Group at Voya Investment Management.
In this role Santoro will lead and execute the strategic product and marketing agenda for Voya Investment Management including product development and management, messaging and strategy for institutional and intermediary channels. Leading a team of 45 product and marketing professionals, Santoro will work with the firm's investment and distribution teams to optimize Investment Management's "go to market" strategies with our investment products to meet client needs.

Prior to joining Voya Investment Management, Santoro was a managing director and head of Product Strategy and Distribution at QMA, a global investment management division of Prudential that manages $115 billion in equity and multi-asset class solutions for institutional and sub-advisory clients globally. At QMA, she served as part of the executive management team that was responsible for shaping organizational strategy and managing the business operations of the firm. She oversaw the client and business development functions, including consultant relations, marketing and product development for both institutional and retail audiences. Before joining QMA in 2004, she was a senior vice president, head of marketing at Jennison Associates. Prior to that role, she was a vice president at JP Morgan where she managed a team of marketing specialists responsible for product positioning for new business development and client retention.
Santoro earned her BS in marketing from Boston College and her MBA from Columbia University. She also has her Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
