PrimeVest Financial Services, one of the United States' largest broker-dealers exclusively serving financial institutions, recently announced an agreement with Paul Werlin and Human Capital Resources, Inc., (HCR) to provide recruiting services for the firm. Werlin, who serves as president of HCR, will utilize his considerable recruiting and consulting network to assist investment programs in their search for and retention of elite talent.
"With the vast majority of our financial institutions looking to grow, we're very excited about offering the services of someone with Paul's extensive expertise and background," said PrimeVest President Catherine Bonneau. "He has been in the business since the late 1970s and he certainly brings a great deal of financial institution-specific experience to the table. Paul will help us in our mission to make it easier for financial institutions to succeed."
Werlin, a frequent industry speaker and author, formed HCR in 1995 to help financial institutions, broker-dealers, third-party marketing firms and product manufactures recruit, select, retain, motivate, and compensate employees. HCR provides a wide range of consulting and management training services, having conducted searches for more than 100 firms since its inception.
