ING Advances Dialogue about Corporate Social Responsibility During Symposium in Atlanta

Prominent Corporate Social Responsibility Experts Address Top Executives, Employees

ING, a global financial services leader, is hosting the ING Corporate Citizenship Symposium August 28- 29 at the InterContinental Hotel in Atlanta. The symposium will create a stimulating environment for senior leaders at ING and employees from around the globe to come together to discuss the impact of philanthropy on business, strategies to promote corporate citizenship and diversity plus generate an opportunity to explore best practices and challenges.

The Honorable Shirley Franklin, Mayor of Atlanta, will greet the symposium participants. National and local experts will address the senior executives and employees, including:

Highlights of the symposium include sessions on topics such as linking diversity and community relations to business objectives, tactics on emerging environmental consciousness and expanding employee volunteerism to support nonprofits.

Also during the symposium, the company will host an awards ceremony to recognize ING employees who have executed outstanding community service and diversity programs in their locations.
