          2000, 2001, and 2002, and placed second in 2003.

WHY: Kiplagat has a special relationship with ING, which has helped

running to ING's employees in Atlanta.

This event provides a rare opportunity for members of the media to
meet with Kiplagat before the Peachtree Road Race.
