ING Investment Management Appoints Nanette Buziak Head of U.S. Equity Trading

ING Investment Management, part of ING Group (NYSE: ING) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nanette J. Buziak, as Head of U.S. Equity Trading. She will report to Chief Investment Officer Rick Nelson.

In this Senior Vice President role, Nanette will direct trading operations for ING Investment Management's equity group. The firm currently manages over $160 billion in equity, fixed income and alternative assets.

Nanette has 13 years of experience in trading and portfolio management. She joins ING IM from J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management where she was a Senior Portfolio Manager for the $25 billion U.S. Structured Equity Enhanced Index Strategy. There she leveraged her extensive skills in trading and market insights to determine the best mechanism for executing portfolio strategy such as block trading, crossing networks and package trading.

Her previous experience includes roles as Trader and Portfolio Manager for First Marathon America, Inc.'s domestic convertible bond arbitrage portfolio and as a member of the program trading team. Prior to this she was a financial analyst at Bear Stearns & Company, Inc.
