Johnson Family to Settle Into Their New Home in Early 2003

WHO: John "James" Johnson and his two daughters, ING and many of
its employee volunteers, and the Atlanta Habitat

WHAT: ING, Atlanta's largest financial services organization, and the
Johnson family -- very happy new home owners -- will dedicate the
Johnson's new home and celebrate a major milestone for Atlanta
Habitat on Saturday, Dec. 14th. The Johnson's house is Atlanta
Habitat's 700th house in Atlanta. Thanks to more than 300
community-minded ING volunteers, Atlanta Habitat has reached this
          milestone.

In addition to building the Johnson family's actual foundation,
ING intends to help strengthen the Johnson family's financial
foundation, as well, by designating a mentor that will assist the
family for the first year in their house. The mentor's role
includes facilitating financial education, financial counseling
          and other important programs.

"ING embraces the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in
the lives of people throughout Atlanta, and the other communities
